What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, business details); usage data (log-ins, feature use); content you upload (client records, notes, forms); and payment metadata (Stripe handles card data — we never see it).

To provide the service, secure your account, comply with legal obligations, and — with your permission — to send product updates.

Data residency
Data is stored in UK and EU regions by default. Enterprise customers can request specific regions.
