Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Phoenix Bookr to send unsolicited communications, infringe rights of others, or violate applicable law.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time.
Data
You own your data. We process it as your service provider under our Data Processing Addendum (available on request).
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience. On termination you have 30 days to export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
